This is Issue 113 moved from a Google Code project. Added by 2011-01-19T13:31:00.000Z by [email protected]. Please review that bug for more context and additional comments, but update this bug.

Original labels: Type-Defect, Priority-Medium

Original description

<b>What steps will reproduce the problem?</b>
1. Install Arras.
2. Install WordPress SEO.
3. Try to set a custom HTML title in SEO configuration.

<b>What is the expected output? What do you see instead?</b>
I'd expect to see the title I configured in WordPress SEO. Instead I get a title manufactured by the function arras_document_title().

It should at least be possible to disable the function and use default wp_title() instead.

Luckily there is a &quot;Force rewrite titles&quot; function in WordPress SEO to
override any custom title functions in themes (uses preg_replace), but a &quot;use default&quot; in arras would be faster.

Also: need to check for class &quot;WPSEO_Frontend&quot; in arras_document_description()

<b>What versions of WordPress and Arras Theme are you using?</b>
* WP 3.0.4
* Arras 1.5.0.1
