Newly created pages wont't show up as navigation buttons in homepage [moved]

<b>What steps will reproduce the problem?</b>
1. Create new page
2. Entering the sites homepage and the link to the new page is not there 

<b>What is the expected output? What do you see instead?</b>
If i create a new page (like &quot;kontakt&quot; in this case) I'd like that page to be visible as a navigation button in the homepage.

Wordpress 3.0.3, Arras Theme 1.5.0.1
