Tag Cloud doesn't really use Taxonomies [moved]

<b>What steps will reproduce the problem?</b>
1. Add a tag cloud widget
2. Toggle to another taxonomy than standard Post Tags


<b>What is the expected output? What do you see instead?</b>

I would expect to see the tag cloud be filled with values of the specified taxonomy. Instead I get a copy of the default tag cloud.

WordPress 3.0.2, Arras 1.5.0.1
