<b>What steps will reproduce the problem?</b>
1. Browse to the site using the K-Meleon browser


<b>What is the expected output? What do you see instead?</b>

It was reported to me by a user that the output of the Arras theme in the 
K-meleon browser does not render the layout correctly. I have never heard 
of that browser, but it is apparently new and based on Mozilla.


<b>What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?</b>

1.4.3 on Linux
