1.install newly fresh arras theme 1.5.0.1 and missing the save button

<b>What is the expected output? What do you see instead?</b>
on prev beta 1.5b3 version the button is working ok, but now is missing

<b>What versions of WordPress and Arras Theme are you using?</b>
WP 3.0.1 & Arras 1.5.0.1
