Items from "Minify Everything" Specificlly Walls can be stored in ASU but not removed via IO Ports
The Building Misc Category is not available for IO Ports.

Appears to resolve this. From my Understanding Root should Include everything, I'm uncertain why that does not extend to Minify Everything's BuildingsMisc Category
Note: BuildingsMisc appears to be a duplicate of a Vanilla Category, removing the duplicate however has no effect
Actually this appears to be an Issue with Minify Everything.
The Mods Runs it's functions after Rimwolds has already resolved the References (ResolveReferences) for the fixedStorageSettings filter.
Therefore those Options don't exist there.
This only works without the fixedStorageSettings because in that case the game generates them at a later Time.
In short Minify Everything either needs to run at an Earlier Stage (unsure if that is Possible)
Or Re-run ResolveReferences for all affected Buildings
