(Request) Add Gizmo on Miners to automatically set "Haul" for Chunks

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When not using IO Ports or Belts the manual task to mark them for haul can be annoying.

Workaround: have chunks output to a Low priority stockpile zone that accepts nothing. Any hauler will recognize that they need to be moved to a better storage location.
