[Help Wanted] Mirrors of `ingest.py` models

This is the first time I install and configure the project.

According to this section, I HAVE to connect to the internet for downloading embeddings model. I DOES have an internet connection, but with problems downloading something from HuggingFace (and other resources that stored outside Mainland China).

Is there any walkaround "mirrors" for downloading these models? Can it prevent from downloading models online even when the first time startup? I have a copy of this project on another device with all document ingested, can I use that copy for initialize this device?
