adding version 2.27.6

I just tried to emerge this but it first failed with a missing dependency on xfs/xqm.h. That was quickly fixed by installing xfsprogs. But now I am hitting the a wall where it fails during compiling snap-seccomp, but deosn't give any useful information.

ya got anything else you feel would help? i'll try and get it to work, obviously that first detail you gave helps so i'll try and get that in there but anything else?
