Hello, Thank you for your modifications on original codes. Have you ever tried to use the VGG-19 on Flickr-25k dataset? I run this scenario according to the original codes. However, I cannot get get the results reported on the original paper. Do you know how to set all hyperparameters when using VGG-19? Thank you for your time and helps.
