"savecursor": true does not work on Windows

Description of the problem or steps to reproduce

Set settings.json "savecursor": true on Windows. Open file, move cursor down. Close file. When trying to reopen same file shows error as "invalid handle".

When checking .config/micro/buffers there is only one file called "C" in that directory.

Specifications

settings.json "savecursor": true does not work on Windows.
