Scroll with moving the scrollbar - a small idea for more convenience

I have a little idea that can make working in micro even more convenient: The ability to hold down the scrollbar with the mouse (right mouse button, or left, maybe need another config), and drag it up and down, thereby scrolling the text. I think this is not a difficult task, but it will make the micro even more convenient for users with mouse.

I have used scrollbars in GUI text editors a lot before so I also think it will be convenient. There is a feature request about being able to drag the scrollbar in micro but there has been no progress: #2602

There were reflections that scrolling with the mouse may not be possible due to the peculiarities of text selection in terminals, but judging by the fact that the editor scrolls when selecting and generally has its own selection system, this is most likely not a problem, and scrolling with the mouse can be easily implemented.
