Latest version (0.18.4) missing from NPM

Describe the bug NPM only shows the 0.18.3 version with the buggy "RSS Expanded Reader" issue.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://www.npmjs.com/package/@zxing/library
  2. Check the version listed (0.18.3) vs. last release in the repository (0.18.4 at time of report)

Expected behavior NPM to have the latest released version.
