setForceSpeakerOn not working on android

I'm getting this error on android when calling InCallManager.setForceSpeakerphoneOn(true). On iOS it works. The permission is granted

I'm getting the same problem with latest 3.3.0. This does not work on my Pixel OS 11 but works fine on Samsung OS 10.

Will there be a possible fix in the near future? Thanks
