Colors are too bright/washed out

Some intermediate colors are too bright now. It seems gamma value is off. Zwin Navy on Nameplates are incredibly bright. I think this is caused by this bug on Quest + native OpenXR.

Fixing this will cause the need to correct colors in a lot of UI components, including Zennist.
