Sesame differential methylation mixed models / time series?

Thank you for this wonderful package.

I was looking through the vignettes on differential methylation, and was wondering if for my dataset I have multiple samples from the same individuals from different time points, does the package support mixed model testing to account for this structure in my data? I can't seem to find such functionality implemented in the DML function currently.

Thank you for bringing this missing feature to our attention. No, current implementation doesn't support mixed effect models. But we do have plan to add it maybe in a few months. I will come back to this thread when done.
