在win10, py 3.8.5的conda环境 02LVA.py运行时exception

请问 您跑的环境 Python版本是多少？我在win10, py 3.8.5的conda环境尝试运行出了些错误。dbg_print获取到的是一个timestamp的日期，做len处理抛exception了。是程序的bug吗？还是由于编译环境不同造成的问题？谢谢指教！ image
