[feat] Use GMT time in logs, like zwave-js does

We could decide to use either local or GMT time in the logs, but I think that both zwave-js and zwavejs2mqtt should use the same timezone in order to be consistent. Right now zwavejs2mqtt uses local time while zwave-js driver log uses GMT.
