Investigate `lint:configjson` and `lint:configjson:fix` not working on Windows

I fixed the formatting but the scripts yarn run lint:configjson and yarn run lint:configjson:fix do not seem to work correctly in Windows, making it difficult to spot formatting issues. Is that a known problem?
