Update Aeotec ZWA024 firmware from 1.6.6 to 1.6.7

Update Aeotec MultiSensor 7 (ZWA024) firmware from 1.6.6 to 1.6.7.

Note that the previous firmware did not contain version 1.6, but 1.6.6.

I've removed 1.6.6. Or should I better keep both versions in the upgrades list?

I've included this into my pull request with ZW187 as well in this pull request https://github.com/zwave-js/firmware-updates/pull/147

It could just be 1.6 or v1.6.7 - the third decimal point tends to get ignored if im remembering correctly.
