[BUG] Sending a transaction from an account imported without Ledger triggers an error

Environment Operating System: macOS 15.1 Celo Terminal Version: v2.4.2

Describe the bug

When sending a transaction from an imported account without using Ledger, we get the following error: Error: hex string expected, got unpadded hex of length 65

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Celo Terminal
2. Import an account via a private key generated
3. Fill account with some CELO
4. Send some CELO from that account to another account
5. Error shows up

Please attach screenshots if you can.

Expected behavior It should be able to send CELO from imported private key in Celo Terminal to another address
