nubPosition: middle

I think it would be useful to incorporate a 'middle' option for nubPosition.. especially since this plugin is supposed to be for responsive sites. On smaller devices the 'middle' position is important. Even better would be able to intricately control the nub position with an offset.

I would suggest doing three positions for each side of the tip referenced by the following indexes

  • tl = top, left
  • tm = top, middle
  • tr = top, right
  • rt = right, top etc.

That would give a total of 12 different nub positions.
