Fixed a bug during fast navigation

If you navigate fast though the app, there occasionally happens a race condition, where resetParent tries to access a already detached node. This fixes the issue.

No one from the Zurb team has looked at this in awhile. Consider applying this patch to the community-driven fork, here: https://github.com/base-apps/angular-base
