Hi, I start from the downloaded data that contain subsetX folder, and the file candidates.csv. I think the script should take that as input.

Luna16 dataset preprocessing script has been uploaded which need some adaptation work. Sorry to reply late.

Hello, I tried the luna preprocessing script, but there is no training script, and no tran/val.csv as required. Could you provide train script for LUNA16 data for reproducing your results? Thanks in advance.
