Sticky Column Label and Time Axis Behavior for Scrolling

Description:

I’m looking for a solution to make the column label sticky when scrolling along the X-axis, but not when scrolling along the Y-axis. Additionally, I would need similar behavior for the time axis, except that the scroll behavior should be inverted—sticky when scrolling along the Y-axis but not the X-axis.

Question:

Does anyone have a suggested approach to achieve this?
