Emote Animation Issues

Bug Report Noticing that many emotes are a bit jittery, as though the range of the frames aren't fully accurate, where they don't fully loop. Unsure if it's on the end of the MDL itself with the frames not fully following on the animation names, or if it's on the scripting side with the same sort of issue. Many emotes are fine, but there are definitely some that have that issue of not looping correctly.
