Autofill gives phone-number suggestions in compose box

On Android 8 and newer, if a user has Autofill enabled (and possibly other information added in Settings -> Autofill Service) the app offers annoyingly incorrect suggestions (like phone numbers for the message input)

That can be fixed by a basic implementation of #2772

Our mobile team is focused on the new Flutter app (https://github.com/zulip/zulip-flutter), and will not be able to review a PR for this issue.
