Highlighting the menu bar options on hover.
Problem Description
The menu bar options (File, Edit, View, History, Window, Tools, Help) are not highlighted on hover (mouse-over) making it an ambiguous interaction.
Proposed Solution
The menu bar options (File, Edit, View, History, Window, Tools, Help) can be highlighted on hover (mouse-over) making the interaction free of ambiguity and improving the quality of life.
(This behavior was achieved by clicking over the option instead of just hovering over it).
