Dropdown detaches from input on scroll

Describe the bug

The Dropdown of input "Spellchecker Languages" gets detached from the input on scroll.

To Reproduce

  • Open Zulip Desktop App
  • Open settings
  • Click on Enter Language input corresponding to the label Spellchecker Languages
  • Scroll up/down on the active window.

This is may be an issue of tagify. Can see the same detachment issue in tagify examples (link: https://yaireo.github.io/tagify/)
