Add remove_storage helper to the Python API.
This should be fairly straightforward for you if you have worked with extending our API before. The actual code should be trivial, but you'll want to add tests for it and documentation.

I believe the function remove_storage
has been added in the file zerver/views/storage.py
and thus the issue can be closed.
