Have been trying to get hold of Marcel since 4 August with no response,

Some bad news I'm afraid, Finally managed to find time to pop round to my brother's house to install the 2nd doorbell ESP I ordered and sadly it seems to be "dead"

The power light comes on regardless of being powered by the doorbell though the screw terminals and the USBC port.

I’ve managed to get the Doorbell ESP connected to the serial port via the USBC port, tried to re-flash the board using the script on your website but it’s telling me to hold the boot button? (see attached)

Any ideas?

Not sure what your returns policy is, but would it be possible for a replacement to be sent out at all?
