Restore selection after undo and redo

This can be implemented with Scintilla's new SCI_SETSELECTIONUNDOHISTORY API, see https://sourceforge.net/p/scintilla/bugs/1224/.

"Undo Redo Remember Selection" option (default on) is added by commit 9d76fd1681a1b174043f80b5b6f451a2e7234aae (in develop branch).

Make strings selected. Do you mean that the blue selection of the image is preserved? Press CTRL+Z and CTRL+Y to clear the selection on Windows 10 64bit. The selection disappears.

Yes. press Delete to delete selected text, then undo, previous selected text is still selected.
