About bat and cmd files

Suggesting add the File association / Unconnect operation of the .bat file and .cmd file.

It's better to keep them associated with system cmd.exe, you can add Notepad4 to explorer's context menu, see https://github.com/zufuliu/notepad4/wiki/System-Integration
