希望使新建文件可以打开新窗口 | Want Ctrl+N open a new window

大部分程序，Ctrl+N 都是不会覆盖掉当前文件的，如 Word、VS Code 等。 Most programs, Ctrl+N do not overwrite current files, such as Word, VS Code, and so on.

但是 Notepad2 Ctrl+N 一直都是用空白文件强制替换掉当前窗口，想要另开一个记事本我就需要重新运行一个新的 Notepad2。 But Notepad2 Ctrl+N has always forced the replacement of the current window with a blank file. To open another notepad, I need to rerun a new Notepad2. 而打开新的Notepad2了本来就是一个新的文件，所以 Ctrl+N 的实际意义不大。 Opening the new Notepad2 is already a new file, so Ctrl+N doesn't really make much sense.

系统自带记事本的话也是有额外的新建窗口的快捷键的。 The Notepad that comes with the system also has shortcuts for additional new windows.

我觉得，Ctrl+N替换掉当前窗口文件没有多少实际使用意义，建议直接把功能改成新建窗口。 So I don't think it makes much practical sense for Ctrl+N to replace the current window file, and it's recommended to change the functionality directly to a new window.
