Flashing of the asterisk when using IME.

Enter the IME with "Untitled". The asterisk in the title bar flashes.

I can't check because I can't set IME in Scintilla. Perhaps the number 0 is returned during additional input. Perhaps Scintilla is returning 0 characters for each additional input.

It's because inline mode IME, switch to window mode should not has this bug.

Added a workaround in 3c42bb3bcd09b905a6c84fc2895747d683843ae4, fix this will need some complicate changes.

Current changes doesn't fix this, it may cause other bugs under some rarely circumstance.

Marked as fixed by e10af5ffcd7103c047f01ea155413cdf5f5ed37c, upstream Scintilla may have a different fix in the further we can switch to that at then.
