Tested on https://www.geogebra.org/calculator, GeoGebra appears to be case insensitive, so sc.GetCurrentLowered() and KeywordAttr.MakeLower can be used.

Here needs a string style (e.g. SCE_GGB_STRING) for text quoted in double quotes (no escape sequence), see https://geogebra.github.io/docs/manual/en/commands/Text_Commands/.

It's better to have file named GeoGebra instead of Geogebra, the former is more readable and matches official name.
