Maby you can get some tip on how to get so that when some user deposit something it adds the picture of him/her that deposited (take their steampic) and have like "user1 has 80% chance to win" "user2 has 20% chance to win" and when timer ends, it adds 80% pictures for user1 and 20% pictures for user2 and spinns from left ro right and choose a winner?
