Wow -- I hadn't seen this since very early on and I have to say there really is a lot to study here. If you ever have a few moments where you feel so inclined, I would be very interested to read any notes or thoughts you might have that might serve to illustrate some of the finer points of this implementation from your perspective. Actually, I'd like you to write a whole textbook on it, but I'll settle for a few words quickly jotted down that point to some highlights. :) How's the performance?
