[FR] Honor hover display delay in hover editor settings

As I move my cursor over the excalibrain screen files keep popping up. I've set the delay in the hover editor settings to 900ms but that doesn't seem to be being applied in Excalibrain. Is it possible to enable this so that files only pop open if I hover and pause over the link.
