Multiwindow only works when xHaloFloatingWindow Activity is in foreground, leaving it on background would result opening only 1 window at a time.
If two windows are open, clicking behind window won't put to top.

If you open app with Kitkat gradient, it shows a black stripe, with height of statusbar under the window's title.
When I switch between fullscreen app and another app in halo, window changes possition from center to bottom right. Other windows of haloed app open in center
