ShellExec doesn't work on Windows for csv, rtf and html files. On Windows 10 the prog variable got from registry is a list and contains /dde switch and backslashes. Backslashes disappear assigning the first list item to a variable & for example \a has special meaning.

Some issue on windows 10 happens with office. E.g. csv and rtf is not opened
