How can I input my bindkey to terminal?

I am using ',' as autosuggest-accept , but when I want to input ',' to terminal, I failed.

I have tried to toggle the autosuggest plugin, but it doesn't work. If the only way to input the bindkey is delete the zsh-autosuggest from .zshrc temp?
