Can't drag and drop files

I am using Windows 10-64bit, I am trying to drag files to drop them into the application window, but for some reason it doesn't work. I expected it to work just like how browsers do it. Is there a way to make it possible?

I don't think local resources can be loaded by lorca

Drag and drop upload works for me on OSX. I’m using the same JS handler that I use on a normal website.
