"data:text/html,<html></html>" also shows up in title bar

The only solution out seems to be

"data:text/html,<title>Loading...</title>"

Non-empty titles will always show-up in title bar.

Non-ASCII blank characters break app mode. about:blank also break app mode. -- Everything result in tabs' bar and "automation warning" appearing.
