Safari have not support getUserMedia, but WebcamJS works with flash plugin. So if you have got flash installed and you activated on the site (Preferences -> Security -> Plugin settings)...

Maybe you not using the latest flash? How far I know Apple deactivate if you not upgrading (security concern).... or maybe you have disabled the flash camera and mic support...
