FZeroTophatSpacer::Panel interferes with TH_Lower_Corner_clip

The top lip interferes with the corner clip by 4.1mm FIX:

  • In Panel move the history just before the mirror feature introduced in issue#8 fix (missing inserts in panel).
  • Use ::Sketches::Sketch2 to cut off 4.2mm of the panels upper panel lip. Add this feature also to the mirror feature and move history again to the very end.
