TBH I would love to see both Prom and OpeTelemetry implemented. Ideally one common function that will handle the metrics exposure based on some config.

We should really have https://github.com/kedacore/keda/issues/3056 implemented, so we can inspect those errors in details. Not it is very hard to tell, what is the actuall problem :(
@tomkerkhove 1.18 is relatively new. I want to wait a couple of micro release for it. And also majority of libs that we depend on (k8s) aren't build on top...
Regex is not a bad idea imho (btw this is implemented for RabbitMQ scaler). @loicmathieu would you be interested to draft some POC?

Yeah, this is correct, you can define multiple triggers per SO. Just one thing, the `metric.name` is related to otel?
