Patcher : on win 10 : once an open 'patch/object' code-editor window is closed, it can't be openend again

once a 'patch/object' code-editor window is closed (after being opened), it can't be openend again. neither by right-clicking the object and selecting 'edit object definition' , nor by clicking the 'open' - button.
