New opcodes, fixed some segfaults

Added more opcodes for 3.11, it seems to be working okayish, if you can review and give me some tips, that would be great.

Thanks this seems useful. Can you please add testcases as well? Also #576 is completely related and introduces MAKE_CELL as well as COPY_FREE_VARS too.
