Please provide a description for the changes, and a list of deprecated features. We should also bump the major version when this goes out.

This is becoming quite urgent as I believe the deprecation will prevent this gem from working March 31 2023.

Gem still works fine, and this PR is no longer merge-able. Where did you see this deprecation warning?
